Newcastle-born maintenance and repairs company, First-Rate Maintenance has opened their new premises in Percy Park.

Having recently relocated to North Shields from Newcastle City Centre, the company is looking to expand their network and establish relationships with local homeowners and businesses.

General Manager, Andrew Dunn, said “We’re really pleased to have expanded and moved into our new premises, and with 18 operatives on-board, as well as our office-based support team, we’re in a fantastic position to offer a one-stop shop for property maintenance and repairs.

“Because FRM was born out of the frustrations we’d experienced ourselves, we’re dedicated to relieving the headaches of managing property repairs, particularly for landlords and local lettings agencies.”

First-Rate Maintenance offers both planned and reactive maintenance services across the north east, with the support and experience of their sister company, Seekers, formerly known as Walton Robinson.

Managing Director, Mark Smith, said: “We established FRM in February 2020, after experiencing our own frustrations trying to resolve maintenance issues in our managed properties.
