The FRM story

First-Rate Maintenance was established in February 2020. Our sister company, Seekers, is an independent estate agent whose tenants regularly need something fixed. FRM was born out of the frustrations we’d experienced getting issues resolved ourselves and being a student management agent has stood us in good stead. We know how important service levels are and strive to deliver a professional, outstanding service.

Whether you’re a homeowner, a landlord, or a business, we’re proud to say we’ll be there when we say we will. We hate the stereotypes of the maintenance industry and that’s why we’re not like the others – we won’t prioritise bigger jobs over smaller ones. We know you just want the job done to a high standard, and promise not to let you down. If you’re a landlord, you can trust us with your keys, and whilst we’re at your property, we’ll give it the once over and diligently make sure there’s nothing outstanding that needs repairing.
